Process design and engineering
We design and optimise treatment processes for efficiency, regulatory compliance, ease of operation and maintenance, and long-term sustainability. Our process specialists know a wide range of treatment technologies and recommend the right one for each case, considering life-cycle cost, the operational flexibility required and the discharge standards to be met.
Civil and structural engineering
With our channel partners we deliver civil structures that are robust, safe, economical, code-compliant and construction-friendly. The scope covers review of soil investigation reports and topographical surveys, the Design Basis Report (DBR), RCC and steel structural design, detailed and good-for-construction (GFC) drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ) and bar bending schedules (BBS).
MEICA engineering
Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) design documents are developed end to end, from the Design Basis Report to detail design, drawings and BOQs. Our in-house team reviews design, drawings and documents so they are fit for construction.
Engineering support for procurement
Our interdisciplinary team prepares technical requests for quotation (RFQs), with specifications and data sheets for process units, mechanical equipment and packages, piping and valves, and electrical and instrumentation systems. We support your procurement team in the technical evaluation of vendor offers against specifications, design requirements and life-cycle cost.
Site, commissioning and handover support
Our experts support the project team on site to resolve engineering issues. Detailed engineering is developed in 3D and BIM to avoid clashes and rework, and we assist with testing and commissioning of subsystems and the full plant using checklists and standard operating procedures, through to handover.
